Depending on the length of hair extensions you want I require a deposit of between £60 and £80. This will cover the purchase of the hair which I buy and charge for on a non-profit basis.
This is refundable up to the point of purchasing the hair. Once I have ordered the hair getting a refund is not possible as my extension companies only give credit notes. This is an important reason why the consultation is so important, so all details can be covered.
Once the extensions are fitted if you do not like them, unfortunately I cannot give a refund for my fee's charged for fitting as it does take a long time, normally up to 4 hours. However, I may be able to offer removals at a discounted prices.
Hair extensions do require careful attention and maintenance, sometimes people do not follow the guidelines I setout so again I cannot offer a refund if these are not followed which cause extensions to dry-out, tangle excessisvely or fall out.
For this reason, please follow the guides and keep maintenance checks up every 4 - 6 weeks for micro-rings and every 6 weeks for pre-bonded extensions.
If you own micro-ring extensions, it is normal that the odd extension strand will come lose, or fall out. The amount should not be excessive otherwise they were fitted incorrectly or you are being too rough with them. Please keep these intact and straight as possible and when you arrange a maintenance check I can re-insert these as well as checking and tightening your remaining extensions.
I do understand that unforseen events happen and I am always willing to help you find the best solution to overcome any problems that may arise, and although a refund is often not possible future removals or fittings may be available with a discount.
